Welcome to Milcobuddy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and mobile application and to our subscription delivery services. You can use our Services only after accepting these terms.

Eligibility and Future Notifications

• Delivery is available only in selected service areas.
• Users must verify their PIN Code before subscribing.
• If your area is unavailable, your details may be stored to notify you once Milcobuddy expands there.

Subscription Customization and Plans

• Select Cow Milk or Buffalo Milk.
• Choose required quantity in liters.
• Select Morning, Evening or Both delivery slots.
• Weekly and Monthly subscription plans are available.

Strict Eco-Friendly Bottle Rotation Policy

• One clean empty bottle must be returned for every new delivery.
• Dirty bottles may result in delivery being skipped.
• Broken Bottle Charge: ₹80.
• Missing Bottle Penalty: ₹1000.

Subscription Pausing

• Weekly Plans can be paused up to 3 days per week.
• Monthly Plans can be paused up to 5 days every month.

Customer Information & Communication

• Users agree to receive updates via WhatsApp, SMS and Email regarding deliveries, billing and promotions.
